Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests:

Customers may request order cancellations by contacting our customer support team via email or phone within 24 hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate the cancellation request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please note that orders that have already been personalized or customized may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

If an order is canceled successfully within the specified time frame and the payment has been processed, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Personalized/Customized Orders:

Orders that involve personalized or customized keychains may have different cancellation policies depending on the stage of production. If the personalization or customization process has already begun, we may not be able to cancel the order. However, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the product, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Changes to Orders:

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the personalization details, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order is already in the production process.
